She & Fabio were quick to respond with all of our issues. While this home looked like the pictures listed, it seems nobody has really been there for updates. We got there to find a majority of the game room was broken. Maintenance came and fixed most of it. My concern was, we had smoke detectors going off when we arrived and the response was to take the batteries out. We also found the dishwasher was leaking, Maintenance came by, ran it and left within 10 mins of not finding a leak, not staying until the cycle ended when it drains. We also found the dryer took 4 hours to dry, we tried to fix it by cleaning out the clogged lint in the vent. We were able to get a lot out (a grocery bag full) but asked that maintence come and clean the rest of the 10 foot vent. He came and brought a drain snake and was irritated we told him that wouldnt do anything.
