Tranquil Retreat - Serene Getaway

Very disappointing stay. I have never had such a poor experience with a vacation rental.We checked in late Thursday night and left unopened, dry food in the kitchen. By the next morning, the food was covered with ants and had to be thrown away. We also found worms on the floor, along with ants throughout the bathrooms, bedrooms, and even inside the dressers.The pool was dirty and clearly had not been properly maintained. I reported all of these issues immediately, but it took approximately 72 hours to receive a response. The explanation given was that there had been a miscommunication. You should also be aware that the security gate information may not be updated. Upon arrival, I was unable to gain access and had to contact customer service, who informed security that I was the authorized guest after as the system was still reflecting someone else's information instead of mine. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to others.

As a first time AirBnB guest, the process was very simple and straightforward. The house rented was spacious, clean and well maintained. With four large bedrooms, 3 king sized beds and 2 bunk beds, it can sleep 10 comfortably. Even though we did not use it, the kitchen was fully stocked will all cutlery, pots & pans, utensils and equipment that would enhance ones stay. The only downside at this house, was in the main bathroom, the on suite master bathroom has a full bath with a shower, however, over the bath there is a window to the street. If you are in the bath it's fine, but if you are taking a shower, it feels like you are on show to the street. A simple stick-on frosted glass would make it a little more private.
