The cleaning person was literally leaving as they were pulling in. Got to the front door to find out the lock pad does not work. they ran them down the to get them to let us enter by key. The remaining group arrived in the early a.m hours nxt day and also could not enter the gate; security informed us there were no reservations at the address we were staying at. I immediately called booking which they were little to no assistance with getting us in.
