This host should of given us at the very least a late check out since check in was late and didn’t offer or compensated for all the bad experience we had here . I reached out to Airbnb be support and did not resolve anything ! Please be careful who you rent from , I recommend hotels better this is very poor customer satisfaction they absolutely don’t care at all !!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST !"
