Check in is at 4 pm couldn’t check in until almost 7 pm I got another home not what I reserved this other home was not well cleaned poor accommodations worst of all no WiFi no internet at all , no service here so couldn’t even connect my hotspot from my phone with family of 8 and small children ages 2 and 5 this was very very stressful , host was slow to respond until she didn’t respond and more , she send someone the next day to try to fix only to say there was no internet connection in this home at all . This host should of given us at the very least a late check out since check in was late and didn’t offer or compensated for all the bad experience we had here . I reached out to Airbnb be support and did not resolve anything ! Please be careful who you rent from , I recommend hotels better this is very poor customer satisfaction they absolutely don’t care at all !!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST !
