The kitchen and living room furniture has a lot of wear and tear. The beds kind of sink in when you’re sleeping, I informed Maria and the maintenance man came and added extra wood at the bottom of the bed. One of my guest found a BED BUG on the sheet in one of the rooms, I informed the host and she sent maintenance out. He fluffed the covers and pillows and said there were no bed bugs… you can’t see them with a naked eye. however we saved the bug and they still denied it was a bed bug but was gonna “send someone to stop them from spreading” I have rented many properties and this is by far the worst! We asked the get placed at another unit and nothing! We received a “partial refund” the day before our departure that was basically penny’s. Book at your own risk."
