- **Anonymous**: "La casa muy bien ubicada cerca de parques, pero el servicio al huésped no es lo esperado, estuvimos 5 días esperando que resolvieran el problema de aire que aún en Cool solo calentaba , su respuesta fue dejarnos unos ventiladores y a dormír asi por 4 noches con ventiladores como si hubiéramos pagado una casa en esas condiciones, por lo que pedimos que nos devolvieran parte del dinero de esas noches y su respuesta fue que podíamos salir el último día mas tarde, y de paso decirme que ellos no aceptaban amenazas cuando les dije que haría este comentario, cómo si eso compensaría en algo el pago que hicimos de 238 $ por 11 noches y ext de 1 noch por 480 $ mas todos los cargos por una casa que se supone funcionan todos sus servicios, un total descontento, porque para eso se llegan a acuerdos que compensen los daños y malestares ocasionados, no contestar que esas cosas pasan. Adicional a esto un problema para el wifi y el TV que solo funciono el de la sala y el de los cuartos no funcionó." (6/5)
