Cozy Single Story 4BR, Pool, Game Room

This is probably my third time staying at this property and once again I was please. The location was exactly where I needed to be. My stay overall was great, however I have two small complaints. The battery on the door lock died and it took over 24 hours for someone to come and replace them. This is something I would think should take priority for safety reasons especially if we left the property. Secondly, the couch needs to be replaced. I understand it gets “cleaned” but there are stains beyond repair and the couch is completely sunken in and uncomfortable. All in all my family and I had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back as my complaints are minor.

HATE TO EVEN HAVE FO MAKE THIS REVIEW BUT… I decided to bring 3 guests and myself to this Airbnb and while it looked nice inside when you first walk in, the more we really looked around the worse it got. When we arrived there was trash sitting on the porch which was taken care of the same day but lead me to have a poor impression. We walked around and noticed that the couch was very dirty( cleaned but still stained) and there was a broken screen (eventually fixed). Maintenance had to be sent multiple times during our stay as we also had to deal with cockroaches, a broken dishwasher, dirty walls/doors, mold in the showers, a door that didn’t lock correctly, the code to the front door didn’t work correctly and dried up food was still on dishes in the cabinets. We discussed we wanted to either get a refund or relocate as soon as we found the issues however they would not allow it. Had to contact airbnb support to even get compensation for how badly our stay was here. Please don’t visit!

We really enjoyed our stay and everything about it was fantastic! If I had to say anything negative there would only be 2 things. First, the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but everyone is different. Some people prefer a harder bed, we all have posturepedics at home so these beds felt a little hard to us. The other thing is, that although it is posted in the home, our vehicle was nearly towed away. The complex has very strict rules about parking/blocking the sidewalk. We drove a large 15 passenger van, and although we tried every night not to be on the sidewalk, there was one night the vehicles bumper slightly “over the line”, literally about 6 inches. Thankfully the neighbor across the street was outside smoking and knocked on our door at midnight and we were able to run outside in time before they took the vehicle away completely. We still had to pay an $80 fee to have the vehicle dropped which we were not happy about… but the 15 passenger van just barely fit in the driveway.
