We stayed at this property for a week as a family of 6 and it worked well for us as we took a couple of days to visit the Disney parks. The property was very clean, free of clutter and all rooms were made up with plenty of linens provided and we were able to enjoy the use of the pool everyday as well as having plenty of space to relax in. We did have a few issues which whilst they were very responsive to messages it required me to be almost daily in contact with the team, not ideal on vacation. Everyday we woke up to breakers tripping so the wifi and some lights went out (the electrician visit did not fix), outdoor furniture was badly damaged (which they replaced mid-way during the trip) and appliances were not working (also got replaced mid-way). I would also be mindful of the location, the community is nice and the clubhouse was great but 2doors down is where they store the trash trucks and containment bins so it was loud and sometimes messy.
We stayed here with a large group and while the home has great potential, several issues need attention. Upon arrival, the door code didn’t work, though the host fixed it quickly. WiFi was also down initially. The space is a major plus; very large, comfortable beds, and most bedrooms have private bathrooms. The game room is a nice feature. However, cleanliness and maintenance were concerning. Floors were dirty and sticky, and we encountered roaches (dead and alive) throughout the home, including bedrooms. Shower drains were clogged. We also found marijuana in one of the rooms and smoked joints by the pool, showing the backyard had not been cleaned. Outside furniture was broken, and the lanai screen was torn, allowing bugs in. The pool was unusable due to very hot water. Safety was a concern; broken glass was found near the pool/hot tub, and two kids stepped on it. Empty alcohol bottles were also left out front.
