Some confusion on using the grill, and the grill was supposed to be available but we had to provide our own propane which was not described or specified in the listing. Some confusion communicating with the property manager who did not seem to know much about the actual property, but was overall responsive and helpful. Easy to access, although this development needs to figure out a traffic solution for the entrance because it is a very dangerous setup. 

For a 4 day 3 night stay for up to 12 people they only provide one thing of paper towels and 2 trash bags, which is just not enough for that many people. 

Pictures of two of the bedrooms are outdated.
