Maria was very responsive to any question or concern we had. We did encounter an issue with the AC not working and it was fixed within 24 hours. I purchase fans to keep cool through the night bc upstairs got really hot. I asked to be compensated and I even offered to leave the fans there if I could be reimbursed, just to have for any future AC issues, bc there were no ceiling fans in the home and was told no. The cleanliness of the home could have been better; the walls had a few smudges, the floors weren't swept completely bc we did find hair.  I think the cleaning crew could pay a little more attention to things like that. There was only 5 wash clothes in the home I had to buy enough for my guest. Lastly, in the bathrooms there are not tissue holders, or soap holders in the showers which was took some getting use to and no trash can in all bathrooms." (8/5)
